TERRIBLE SERVICE. SAVE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AND THE ARGUMENT, GO TO HOME DEPOT, LOWE'S, ANYWHERE ELSE.

The equipment was fine, but they are crass and unprofessional. When we asked specifically what time a rental should be brought back, we were told 8pm the next day. When the equipment didn't come back in the morning they harassed us for the equipment. I reminded them that we were told that we had till 8pm and they refused to believe someone would say that. The phone rep got belligerent with me and insisted we were wrong, then charged us for their mistake. I've never been treated so poorly by a small business. I work in the industrial safety and supply business, and what someone tells you in person better be right or it's on you.
