Last time I was in they recommended trifexis for heart worms and fleas and it made Milo deathly ill, so being aware of my dogs sensitivity to medicine I made this known to the doctor, and his staff. You would think that would be enough for a Vet to be extremely careful and clear to the owner about what they were giving the animal, but no. Not only was what was given to my dog not clear, but after calling them I found out that my dogs reaction to Trifexis was not even in his chart! If a medication makes me fear for my animals life, and I present that to a Vet and all his staff, and they don't note it, and then proceed to add three vaccines (one never used before) to my dogs rabies vaccine and not make it perfectly clear to me so that I could've declined it all. I can only come to the conclusion that there is a lack of common sense and care for the animal. After talking to the Doctor and asking why it wasn't noted on his chart after all my verbal concern to him, he stated that the medications were totally different. I understand that, but I am logical enough to consider that if my dog has bad reactions to receiving multiple medications at once, I would be wary of trying this same action again. So now my dog can barely move and I'm watching him like a hawk praying he doesn't start vomiting uncontrollably like last time. This post is not so people will not use this place, it is so the people operating this place will get a sense of people's love, care, and concern for their animals, and that next time they will be utterly clear about what they are giving someone's pet. I don't think this was intentional neglect, but rather rushed attention and little thought or care to my voices concerns

Great place to bring your pets! Dr. Moore and her staff are nothing but compassionate, caring and always are quick to answer any questions with knowledgeable answers. Everyone made me feel like my cats and I were a part of the family! Thank you Dr. Moore!!

This facility was more than willing to accommodate me and my "fur babies". I was new to the area and it had been a holiday weekend. This resulted in "no appointment availabilities" in several local clinics. While on the phone with a staff member from TLC , not only did the receptionist give very helpful advice and took her time to calm me down and make sure I felt like my voice had been heard but I also was put on the phone with a Vet Technician whom gave me some OTC advice until I could be seen the next day. Just when I thought these ladies couldn't get any better..... I received a call back within the hour because they had had a cancellation and knew that I would feel more comfortable being seen the same day. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and the fact that they genuinely care about their client's animals, even if they are a new client. Thanks Dr. Deb and Kudos girls!!!

I LOVE going to Dr. Moore's vet clinic. The service is GREAT and the people are ALWAYS nice. They take care of my animals EVERY time, and the prices are very reasonable. I'll be going to TLC for the rest of my life.
