The owner of the house my husband and I bought referred us to Tri County Well and Pump. Dennis took excellent care of us for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend him.

Have used Tri County for several homes that me and my family have been in. They are knowledgeable, kind and extremely attentive when it comes to the work they do. They do not nickel and dime you and only tell you what you need. They also show up on time for any work that needs to be done. Very thankful for them in this community!

I contacted Sat evening because we had no water at all coming into the house from our well. I got a 7:30am appointment for Easter Sunday. He showed up precisely ontime, quickly identifed and fixed the problem and charged what I feel was very reasonable. Actually, I had expected to pay a premium because of it being Easter.

Extremely rude person, called just to schedule for emergency service and he got upset because I wasn't sure how far it was from his house. I would never trust him with the work now.

My husband and I were set to receive services provided by this company on a Saturday. We were not given an appointment time or an estimated time of arrival. We awoke early Saturday morning to the sound of our garage door opening. Startled, we went to the garage to find Dennis Hemmil in our garage. He had let himself in, without warning, through the side door and proceeded to open our garage. When asked to identify himself, he cursed us and told us we were lucky he was there on a Saturday. He then berated us with foul language and my husband had to make him leave the property. I've never in my life witnessed such unprofessional practices. To enter someones home unannounced and then verbally assault them when asked to leave... how unbelievably rude and weird. We later found out his wife is the superintendent of the Citrus County School Board! Mr. Hemmil showed blatant disrespect for myself, my husband, and my child by using such derogatory language in our home. I'm astonished. Please save yourself the headache and choose a different company to give your business. Mr. Hemmil himself told us that he "didn't even need to work". So, please don't give him your business that he apparently does not "need".
