This business Lacks professional management & customer care.
you'd be better off ordering from Domino's Anthony's or Kings in Inwood. the other businesses food are also better and a less chance of dealing with bad management. I ordered a pizza to be delivered she misunderstood thought I said pick up even though I paid for it over the phone.. why would I pay for it over the phone when I can pay for it when I pick it up? I said delivery, when I called back to find out their misunderstanding & have the pizza delivered I was made out to be a liar and hung up on. And never received an apology or fix of the situation from the manager who was the person with the lack of customer service.
this could have been an easy fix but the manager Misty is extremely unprofessional and only made things worse.

Of all the pizza chains, this one is my favorite and this particular store makes them the best. I live in Martinsburg that has 2 Pizza Huts and I will order from the Inwood store instead and travel a longer distance because they make a better pizza. I order from here at least twice a week (pizza is my favorite food.) For a local non-chain pizza place, try Pizza Oven in Inwood as well, they make a great pizza, too!
