Many restaurants have good or even excellent food, but if the service is subpar, not friendly or the experience is not fun, then it is best to choose a different restaurant from the MANY excellent that are available. The service for me and my family was poor, not friendly, attentive or fun.

Love the food and the people. The salsa and chips are addicting!

Viva Mexico is simply wonderful! Good food. Great staff. Reasonable prices. What's not to like? A really bright light in the Eastern panhandle.

My husband and son have eaten at your restaurant and brought food home to me. I found your food the worst mexican food I have ever eaten.



Also, with regard to Customer Service: "Customers are always right". My son has come home and complained about Viva Mexico employees harassing him. Even if I liked your food, which I do not, I would not dine at an establishment that tolerates anti-social bullying behavior. All citizens are entitled to fair and equal treatment and right and choose be able to dine in peace and be treated with respect and value.



I also received a complaint that the same bullies were harassing customers at the club next door.

If you are in the mood for delicious mexican cuisine, Viva is the place to go! Food and service is amazing. Environment is authentic.. 2 thumbs up!
