after 40 years in retail pharmacy business I know the meaning of customer service and policy and procedure. I this was the last rv park left in Michigan I would sell my rv. I understand deposits but today Dana took our cancellation due to inclement weather and charged us 39.00 because we cancelled. We had stayed at heat park numerous times but I will never again stay there. If they needed 39.00 that bad they wont be in business long.Poor sklills and she asked me why I did not ask for a "deal". Excuse me I would think that the business should initiate that conversation based upon circumstances!! It is not the 39.00 at all it is poor customer relations that I am disappointed over. Obviously we will do our best to spread the word.
