First time taking my puppy here, and it will be the last. I have never been so infuriated dealing with customer service, like I did today. On the phone with the owner, she was kind hearted and helpful. I was told the cost of charge for nail care would be $15. I decided to take my puppy here. While trimming her nails she cut one of her nails down way short and she started to bleed. It was more than just a little bit of blood, but not excessive. My puppy was hurting obviously, and she began to aggressively grab her paws to continue and my puppy was whining and pulling her paw back. My puppy then bit her, because she was not being gentle whatsoever. After the bite, she immediately stopped working. I still was going to pay the $15 for her time, but after signing the receipt I noticed that she charged me an extra $2.00 for the incident, even though it was caused by her. The electronic signature stated $17.00, but my printed receipt said $15.00. I would not recommend this business at all.
