I was a long time customer and everything was great until I talked to someone in the Greenville office today 12-7-17
Said he remembered talking to me the week before when I asked him to notate my account about a gas tank fill.
He said he would, but when I talked to him today, he stated he did not do anything.
Thinking that was strange, I told him, concerning customer service, that if he were working for our company and did that to our customers, I would have to let him go. He just laughed. I guess it was funny to him.
I then told him Crystal Flash now has the full account for all fuel, gas and propane.
Postscript: Crystal Flash asked me to thank you for the account. They are laughing all he way to the bank!
