Avoid Keystone !!!!!

Keystone resorts to agency ghetto tenants who take over a building leaving good tenants without any chance of a normal life - some good tenants have been forced to break their leases and flee. Keystone only wants rent from agencies and could care less about tenant welfare... it sure keeps the cops busy! Meanwhile life for good tenants has gone down the drain.
