just finished drivers ed here and I loved it. The instructor Jenny is extremely kind and very energetic, she uses stories and games to make the class enjoyable and engaging. Drive times are also a blast. Each driving instructor talks with you as if you've been friends for ever. They're always super kind and make it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend!!!

My child took Driver's Ed class w/ Open Road Driving School in Washington, IA. It was a less than pleasant experience (as a parent) due to the fact they seemed super unorganized throughout the duration of classes/driving. The class schedule was changed for one of the weekends w/ no notification. No email, no update on their website or anything. Very upsetting, especially during the holidays when a lot of people are extremely busy. Also it happened where I dropped my daughter off for her scheduled drive time w/ the two other peers she was to drive w/ and the instructor didn't show until 45 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. When I politely contacted them about the issues they were less than understanding and rather rude. I'm disappointed w/ the overall experience and would not recommend to anyone in the future
