This company fails to keep appropriate records and failed to show up at our church after our wedding. After we called to file our complaint they did not even want to take responsibility for this mistake and tried to place the blame on us. Other times we would call to confirm times and places that the limo would show up and we were always meet with a crude voice. I definately would not recommend this limo service to anyone.

They made our day a great day. I can't say enough good things about Stad's. The driver was always looking for the little details that made all the diference. I had never met them before, but it was as if I knew Brian (driver) all my life. If I ever need this service again I won't have to think about were I will go I will just call Stad's.

I have called Stad's service many times in the past and have always been treated very courteously at all times. I have always been treated very pleasantly on the phone. I do understand that the person that sometimes answers the phone is hard of hearing and that you need to talk clearly and slowly for him. My experiences have always been great and I will continue to use his service. Sorry you feel this way about the service you received. Please try again be considerate.

Over the last year I have called this company at least five times for different occassions to schedule a limo. Everytime I am met with a rude coarse voice. The subject, who I will not give his name, is either rude, mad, or busy. I have been asked to call back several times and treated rudely on others. My only conclusion is that his company feels they don't need to make a good impression on potential customers because they are one of the few services like this in the area.
