It appears as though Successful Living is channeling a substantial amount of the income of disabled people into its own revenue into income for its employees and using very little revenue to maintain or improve its facilities. It uses its status as an authorized care provider to forcibly institutionalize any inhabitant aware of the unsanitary conditions present in their care-taking facilities. The establishment is a disgrace to the American's with Disabiltiies Act and abusive to its residents.
