This place is wonderful, my son and I eat there several times a week, they have the best boudin
in Southwest Louisiana.

I love love love it food!!! Keep up the good work! I love the special sausage u sell & ur hog head cheese is the best! Plus it's nice to be able to purchase alligator!

The food used to be good here. Now I think the owner is just filling his pockets and not caring about what the people get.

I live in Memphis, TN , I have family in The area. Every time we go down or they come up we make arrangements and take a extra cooler just for the wonderful meats they have to offer. We have tried all the other shops in and around the area but nothing comes close. I just wished I had one close to me.

This little country store/ kitchen has the absolute best selection of smoked meats. Personally I drive there just for the pork sausage bc i cant get it anywhere else that tastes like that! My husband and Aunt love the mixed deer sausage and if you are not sure.. You can purchase a piece and they will heat it up so u can taste it for yourself!!!!
