They don't ever fix anything that breaks, our refrigerator started leaking the day we moved in and they did not fix it till our 2 yr old son fell in the water and was hurt and we had to report them to section 8 before anything was done. The master bedroom door and the closet doors in both room have fallen off and they still haven't fixed them and we have been here since July of 2012, they only hire friends and family to work here that don't know how to do what that are suppose to do. The man they have to spray for bugs is older than dirt and can barely do his job, but because he is friends with the owner she wont hire anyone else, and because of that this place is infested with bugs its disgusting how bad they are. If you are looking for a good place to live this WOULD NOT BE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your move here you will regret ever single minute of it. I would like to warn everyone DO NOT and I mean DO NOT rent any type of property from S & C properties or Vida Cook!!!!!!!!!!! They do NOT care about their properties or the people living in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
