We have used Mini's Collision several times for repairs - from minor touch ups to Major fixes, we have always received excellent service. There work is done very well and in good time. I highly recommend them to all.

I was in an accident and had my car towed to Minis. The staff was very professional and got my my car back in a timely matter

I would definitely go back to Minis if I ever need more work.

My family has used Minis Collision for years and they have been as dedicated to keeping us happy as any company could be! I would have to say they have small town family values and first class service.

MIni's is a great shop to deal with. They know what they are doing & do great work. Would not go anywhere else.

The POLICE are the ones that called Mini's to impounded your vehicle & we can not control that. YOU are the one that can control that. I am sorry you are angry & feel the need to blame the tow company for what you did or didn't do. Take responsibility for your own actions & in the future a repeat of this can be avoided.

We have been in business for over 45 years. A company does not stay in business for that long by treating customers poorly, not taking pride in our work, not knowing how to do our job, & not doing our jobs correctly. Your vehicle was not damaged during the tow nor did anything else take place otherwise it would be stated. Your simply angry you were towed. Sorry..



Also, having your friend KYERE V post a negative comment is just plain childish. Your friend has never been to our business & she was NOT with you when you came to get your vehicle. If she was with you then she would have seen just how nasty your attitude was.

I see that you make it a daily quest to leave negative reviews for business owners..16 to be exact! Your most popular words are "trashy" "worst service" "rude" "incompetent" & now you leave a negative review about a business/transaction you had no involvement in.

Here is a thought. How about you take a long hard look at YOURSELF! You just may realize everyone else is NOT the problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism by the staff here. I was reading a Facebook post that a friend of mine had posted regarding the experience she had here Low and behold the staff has stalked her review she left on this page right back to my friends personal Facebook. The staff member in question, which is the owner- started attacking their prior client threatening legal action cause of slander. This place is a liability to do business with. If you so much as have an opinion they will hunt you down and harass you all while threatening to sue you. Talk about trashy. I would never recommend this business and everyone should do well to avoid it. Spend your money else where and if you find your self stuck in this dump please bring a lawyer with you and maybe a restraining order. As paying customers we are entitled to our opinion. You don't like bad reviews don't behave poorly as a business.

They went above and beyond what anyone else would do for me. Very understanding, helpful, and willing to explain everything.

We have had several collision repairs done here due to a family of young drivers. They do an awesome job in a timely manner. The people that are employed here are wonderful and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with their work.

the owner is rude and wouldn't even talk to me (he wasn't busy at all)he charged me for storage on christmas and christmas eve cause he's an old scrooge. Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this towing company because first they were very rude second the owner refused to talk with me (he wasn't busy). The scenario: My car had been towed into their garage and when I asked could they reduce the rate of storage for the days they were closed (Christmas eve, Christmas day) they said no and charged me 300 dollars for the tow and 1 week of storage. What a bunch of scrooges. By the way the secretary is his daughter and she acts just like him.
