Absolutely terrible, unresponsive service. It took 2 months to service boat with no communication during process. Amazing how they stay in business. In the end, they greatly overcharged with labor costs of $105/hour, but as they possessed boat, had no choice but to pay. Advise everybody to stay away.

I took my pontoon boat to Blackwater Marine with several problems. They worked on my boat, and I was back in the water in less than a week! The staff was professional and very friendly. I am buying a boat that has been sitting up for 5 years, and I'll be taking it to Blackwater Marine to get it running again. I have no problem in trusting them with what service that may be needed.
