I just had my spring maintenance done on my new system. Christian was my technician, and he was excellent as was Stephen Washington and all the technicians. He arrived on time, was courteous and efficient. He briefed me about inspection etc. as have all technician's I've had. I had their top-of-the-line system, unit and ductwork installed in December, 2021 carrying a 100% guarantee for 10 years. As a senior person I don't want to ever worry about my heat or air going out. That's why I chose Cassell's and replaced the entire system. It was not cheap, but they have taken care of me every time. With the new system I don't worry at all. Many thanks. Michelle Clark

Cassell Brothers did not stand behind their warranty! Cassell Brother insisted that our motor was damaged by a flood, once I proved that it was not submerged then they insisted that lighting hit it. I had a $4100.00 electrical motor for 3 month and then it failed. My invoice clearly states "one yr parts and labor" but Cassell will not honor their warranty. I also pointed out that they used the wrong voltage transformer on a control switch, Cassell Brothers have since stopped returning my calls. I have attached a picture of the box the motor came in, Cassell Brothers left their trash...Does this box look like it under went a flood to you!

Had a houseful of grandkids from out of town. Air went out. I had a contract with another company and they came and said the freon leaked out. I called Cassell bros for another opinion. 2 friends had them do work and they were very pleased and recommended them highly. The estimator came out, was highly professional and told me the same thing with an estimate of cost. I called the first company back to get an estimate. When the man came he said:what are you wanting me to do" ( I said you are to tell me!) I said tell me what is needed . I gave the work to Cassells. Very professional. 4 workman came and spent 1 and 1/2 days working all the time. Office staff pleasant also. I would recommend without reservation.

Wow what can I say - they were decent and no complaints.

On a 110 degree day my air went out at 4PM. My fiance and I finally called Cassell at 1:45AM to see if ANYONE could come out due to the unbearable heat in our home. I received a phone call back at about 7;30AM and was told they could promptly arrive at 9AM; Jesse was here at 8:40AM. Very courteous, respectful with quick assessment of the problem and quick repair being finished within the hour of arrival. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for efficiency!!! Thank you Jesse and thank you Cassell Brothers for cooling down my home again :)

Arrived on same day schedule as promised! Quite impressive this time of year when A\C businesses are usually busy! Arrived 8:40pm - departed 10:30pm. Best time to work when heat is at its worst! The Cassel brothers went to work immediately diagnosing and making the necessary repairs on my A\C unit(s). They were quite friendly and never attempted to sell me false repairs such as u normally would hear from those others out there tryin to make a quick $! In fact, I was rather amazed, if not stunned with the repair cost! I had expected more from so much work and time consumed! Yet, as a person somewhat familiar with some basic A\C knowledge (of course, not enough knowledge to diagnose most A\C issues, especially my own) and the potential repair rates, I was sure they were giving me a great deal!! All of this, gave me a smile 10 miles wide!

I called them to come out and they were at my house within an hour. Their prices were fair and I was satisfied with the customer service. Highly recommended
