Staff was friendly but when there were issues on two separate occasions we said something about it to the waitress and when we checked out and nothing was done to compensate us or taken care of on the spot. It was like they were not empowered to take care of a problem or trained to do so. Food was not hot like it was sitting for a spell before it got to our table.
