I wanted to order a birthday "cake" arrangement that I saw on the internet. So I just started calling the florists in the area. The first one I called, Fredricks said " we don't do that!" and got off the line quickly. Next call was to Miller, she said she would have to check if they had the kit, I was only on hold for a minute and she said yes they could do it. After describing the colors and flowers I saw on the internet ad. She let me know that they didn't have those flowers, but would be happy to substitute and when did I need it. When I picked it up a few hours later, I was very impressed. She had done a better job than the one on the net, and for a lower price. My mothers party was a great success and everyone loved the "flower birthday cake".

Also would like to mention that the flowers were still looking great six days later when I had to return home from my visit to I.M.

On one of the arrangements I asked for anything but a clear vase since the silver vase it was supposed to come with wasn't available. The lady who took my order said oh yeah we have some really cool ones. The arrangement of course showed up in a clear vase.

The 2nd arrangement I ordered was a yellow and white daisy bouquet that I specifically asked to be colored daisies instead. She went in and on about what beautiful colors they had and how pretty it would look and of course it was delivered to my grandmother with yellow and white daisies in an other clear vase. I am very disappointed having spent $90

I always use this place when I send flowers locally. They always look great and last quite awhile. Have not sent anything from here beyond this area, but I would definitely do it if the need arose.

The flower arrangement I ordered was very skimpy and dull. No creativity and lots of empty spaces in the arrangement. When I called to voice my concern, the person essentially said, "too bad" and did not apologize or offer any type of satisfaction. The florist thought I would not be seeing the delivery, but by coincidence, I did. What a total disappointment! Never again............
