I called @ 2:30pm, on a Friday-no less, she got me in @ 3:00pm (closes @ 3pm) for my elderly/sick dog! Dr. Maria Zayas was there alone due to the late hr. & was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, & especially empathetic! My regular vet clinic is in Rhinelander because 1) I have family nearby 2) bad reviews, from locals, about previous vet @ 4 Seasons 3) issues with the attached shelter. I would/will recommend her to any/all pet owners! She not only cared for/about my dog, but myself as well. Just exceptional!!

Have had my three dogs here since it opened, from routine to emergency, Dr Cheryl and her group have not compared to any one I have been to. The genuine love of animals is felt throughout and Cheryl is so gentle and in tune to the animal. I especially appreciated the many calls checking on my pet, following their visit. Definitely a loyal customer.

Everytime I bring my babies in, they get more then enough attention and treats! She asks questions and really cares about your pet. My pets have no issue with going there, even for shots. Highly recommend this place! Place is always clean and staff always friendly!!
