I had no water on the weekend and called Michael who came out that same day. I was very grateful for their quick response since I

have two elderly parents living in the home. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They worked hard and are very efficient. This company is reliable an honest.

These are the kind of guy,s that really don't need these kind of reviews because word of of mouth is enough to grow there business,but here goes anyway.

There were honest and polite.

They pulled my 300 plus ft deep well head out of the casing which was a feat in itself.

At that point they could have easily told me the pump was bad.They didn't, and proceeded to look for skinned wire.They found two places,patched them up,and the well was good to go.Probably saving me several hundreds of dollars more.

We will be calling them if we have any other issues with our well.

Francis Pump answered his phone on a Sunday; called back when he said he would. Most contractors would not even return a call. Michael arrived at the time he said and fully tested everything to determine what was needed. We had to have a new pump and tank. They Worked quickly and did a very good job. Price was in-line with other quotes. Very pleased and would use again without hesitation.

had a pump that needed replacing and had several high dollar estimates. Was referred to the Francis company and they promptly came out and made the repairs. They were nothing short of fantastic. They had no problem explaining everything to me and never treated me like a female that belonged in the house. After the installation of the new pump there was still a problem and when called, they promptly came back that night at 830 pm, found the problem and FIXED it. After the way they treated me, even if they had been higher priced, I would use them regardless. Definitely a top notch,5 star business that cares about their customers. Will recommend them to anyone I know that says they need repairs done and will now add them to my list of businesses to use in future repairs. My hats off to these guys and they have my utmost respect and business from here on out.

Woke up on a Saturday and had no water. They came out very quickly and had the job done fast. They were very professional and explained what needed to be done. We felt that their price was very reasonable and we highly recommend this company.

Great service and great price! It was a saturday and I had no water. I primed my well about 8 times and after freezing realized I needed to call for service. I didn't have time or money to waste on estimates. I called several plumbing places but none worked on wells. I found Francis Well Drilling & Pump Service via a google search and took a chance. When I spoke with Michael he was very polite. I explained how I continued to prime the well to no avail. He explained what he thought was wrong and was able to come the next morning. He never talked down to me, as if I didn't know what was wrong (which reallly I didn't) and never made me feel as if my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of. He placed a brand new water pump in my well that actually improved the pressure of water flow from all faucets in my house. Months later it still works phenomenal and after speaking with many friends/experts I was told I was given an excellent price for labor and product. I was pleased too with the price...I had feared it would be much more.
