I took my most expensive pair of Cole Haan woven leather boots to be repaired last week. An older Black woman working the counter was overly rude. She was the only person there and her attitude was horrible!! She didn't seem to want my business. As I was explaining what I needed done, she was looking around and sticking tape on the boot. She overlooked some of the spots that i was pointing out. Because they were closing at 5:30 she was rushing me to complete the order. I told her that I would find another shop because I was not comfortable leaving my boots with her. I asked for the owners name and number. She gave the wrong name and the number to Bright House Cable for me to reach him. Before I could get in the car, she turned out the lights, locked the door and left BEFORE 5:30pm. If you care about your merchandise that needs repairs, I would look for a repair shop with professional employees who want your business.
