Very bad customer service! I walked up to the counter and said hello and the woman didn't even respond to me. Then she just looked at me and I said what I wanted to order and she acted like she didn't want to be there. This woman did not say one word to me even after I said, thank you. This woman has a very bad disposition and has no knowledge on how to work with the public. If she worked for me she would be fired. And who is the person that hired her? They should be fired too. I will never spend even a penny there ever again. The owner needs to get his head examined if this is the kind of employees he wants for his establishment.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Have never had a coffee made right here ONCE. Even worse customer service because the workers only talk and hang out, even forget to make my order as I stand in the pick up area waiting for it. if I could rate this no stars I would. go to the Starbucks on east ridge road, they listen to your order and actually don't mess it up, oh yeah, they also have MANNERS.
