Terrible.

Went in to get estimate. Took over 2 days for them to give me a response (thats WITH me calling every day). Said they could order a part for me but wouldnt have an eta on it until it was ordered. Toldem to order it they said they would call me back with details..3 days later and after being on hold for 10 min. (after me calling every day and 1 day they were "out to lunch" for 3 hrs) they said they ordered the part but still didnt know when they would get the part. If they didnt want to do the job they should just tell someone..not drag it out for a week +.
