American Trust Estate Sales is a complete estate sale company used whether it be death, moving, downsizing, redecorating or for any other reason. We sell the complete contents of the home including cars, boats, golf carts or anything on the property. If it be a buyout, we come and offer one price and take it away. Our goal is to give the best service possible to my clients and have some happy customers. I work with all walks of life; no job is too small or too large. Sixty percent of my work comes from probate attorneys, trustees, accounting firms, trust departments, realtors and the other 40% comes from ordinary people like myself. All sales are conducted on a percentage basis. Here is a brief description when conducting your sale from beginning to end. I come in your home, set up tables, price all items, provide table and supplies that’s needed to conduct an estate sale and advertise in various venues to host a sale. After the sale, I offer multiple ways to liquidate any leftover items. In most cases my clients want the house empty to close escrow and I leave the property empty with the floors swept and vacuumed. After the sale based on your desire prior to the event, I can arrange to have a charity pick up or a buyout person to come and have your home completely empty of unsold items. Each item that is sold is logged and accounted for so you have an accounting for everything that is sold.
