Please don't waste your time using this company. I sent them my paperwork with a pre-addressed & paid FedEx envelope all ready for them to quickly it send back. It has been over 3 weeks and they are not returning any of my phone calls. After being completely frustrated, I asked a friend to call them from California (I am in Arizona) and she did get through to them and asked them to call me. Richard (whom I guess is the owner/manager) said he would and never has! Very frustrating, especially when you are trying to resolve a situation quickly. DO NOT use this company!!! If I could I would give ZERO stars for customer service and efficiency.
