The salon looks really nice and I like the vibe, BUT... Jessica is a really slow worker. When I arrived (on time) for my appointment, she had someone in her chair waiting for their hair to be styled and another waiting to be started. It took her 45 minutes to get started on my hair and then another hour and a half before she started to style my hair. The whole time she was chatting it up with others in the salon and worrying about the volume of the music. When it came time for my style, somehow straight with a bump at the end turned into a head full of curls. My hair looked a mess but she told me that she styles for the next day. REALLY? I had somewhere to go that night. I ended up having to go home and restyle my hair which made me late for my event. Did I forget to mention that she burned the neck of the lady before me with the relaxer? I was really unhappy and I will never return again.

I've been going to Creations Hair Salon for 2 years and love it. All the hair stylists are friendly and talented. They have entertaining television shows on the TV's and Wi-Fi is available.
