I ordered what I thought was a very beautiful bouquet with Hydrangeas, orchids, roses and tulips. When I placed the order, I was informed that tulips were not in season but they would replace it with something comparable. When the flowers arrived, the hydrangeas were wilted and some of the edges were brown. There were only 3 roses, unlike the 6 shown in the picture and they were fully opened so they probably didn't last very long. There was only one orchid and them some market type small lilies which didn't appear fresh either. I will be very surprised if this arrangement last two days at best. The arrangement was over $100.00 and certainly what was received was not an arrangement of that amount. When I called to advise them of the situation, they did apologize and said they would take off 10% of the total order. Big deal $13.50! I'd be very cautious when ordering from this florist and may not use them again.
