In my 20+ years of buying and selling properties, this is the WORST escrow that you can find. The reason?? An escrow officer who does't read documents and is very careless! Her name is Sarah Gifford!Every step is wrought with mistakes. Even the deposit amount, she got wrong. She just looked at the last page with the last counter amount, and multiply that by 3% and she decided on the number HERSELF!!!

Title... She claimed that the title and title insurance were clean. This was further from the truth. The title company put lots of exclusions - even name searches was not done, and was put in the exclusion.

Up until the day before closing, there was still mistakes - she didn't put the full name of the sellers!

The escrow price is much more expensive than the other two escrows that I used this year.Generation Escrow tried to charge 2.5 x notary as well!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! It's a huge investment and they took it very lightly
