Provided by YPmobileI've had the worst experiences ever here. The leasing office is terrible about helping the customers. I've had problems on my move-in, now on my move-out. I'm moving overseas and knowing that I have to let them know that I'm not renewing my lease, my husband placed a call more than 30 days in advance to tell them and ask what should we do. The person that answered the call told him that she would talk to the manager and the manager would call us back, and that we didn't have to do anything else. She never mentioned to come to the office to sign anything. And they never called us back. We called them again, no one answered, we left a message, that no one called us back. This seems to be a huge problem for Las Palmas, because I'm not the first one here having problems with calls that are never returned.
Well, we contacted them once more time (now, closer to our move out date) and the person said we would have to sing the papers and since we didn't do it before, we would have to do that day, and moving out 30 days from that date. And paying more then $600 because of their mistake and lack of professionalism. We were so upset, and we told them we had called and they said that they don't have proofs of that. But our calls have been recorded, how they don't have proof? And then the person asked us the date we called, we didn't know the exact date that moment, but we did a research on our records and we found it. And then we let them know. Ok, then we were waiting days to hear a response from them, calling the leasing office and the customer service everyday!
One week later, they called us back, asking all the situation again and saying that's our obligation to go there and sign, not theirs. Ok, that's right, so why when my husband called, the person didn't tell us to go there and do that, she told that we didn't have to do anything and just wait for the manager to call. That is just wrong and a lie!!! And we are paying for hers mistake! That's not fair! And they have the records that prove that but they don't care, the records probably is to be use only on their behalf, not ours. It's been days that we gave them the date we called, but they don't care, so I don't know why they asked us that.
They keep saying California law requires that the customers should go and sign and it's their responsibility. Ok, that's right! But we were misled. We were waiting forever for the call that never happened. They make us feel like a trash. Irvine company no more! Everything they care about is your money going into their pocket. If they can use the law to do that, even if it is not fair, they will! Be advised if you are moving here at Las Palmas. Worse customer service and experience ever!

Provided by YP.comParking is a nightmare. You can expect to occasionally park across the street. They'll tell you there is plenty of parking but they are lying. They told us upon signing the lease that they pay for the water utility, LIE. They made us jump through hoops to end the lease AFTER IT EXPIRED with the threat that would continue charging me after I had vacated if you can figure that one out.
The maintainence staff is great but the office staff is impossible to deal with.
