Liebke Associates, Inc, founded in 1985, is an architectural firm specializing in design services to the healthcare and healthsciences industries. We bring years of specialized design experience to each project undertaken. In the healthcare field this experience includes the design management of hospital expansion and remodel programs, laboratories and group practice facilities, medical office buildings, as well as a wide variety of outpatient facilities both freestanding and hospital based. In healthscience our experience includes design for the Pharmeceutical Industry and involves the design of projects involving nearly every function in the research development and production process. Through active involvement with our clients, professional healthcare and healthscience organizations, industry meetings and publications we strive to keep ourselves up to date with this ever changing Industry. We understand the complex requirements of these facilities and recognize the design problems and opportunities unique to the healthcare and healthscience industries.We know the dramatic changes occurring in Healthcare today and understand that these changes in industry structure and reimbursement dictate new innovative and cost effective solutions to today's design problem. We work daily with the leadership and staff of the various regulatory agencies and know the regulatory procedures and policies. A major portion of our work is subject to either OSHPD or FDA regulation in addition to local agency review. We process numerous projects for permitting each year, as well as other appeals and procedures necessary to construct healthcare and healthscience projects in the State of California.
