Mathobotix ruined my son's birthday. We reserved a party and paid the deposit, but when we and our guests arrived, the lab was closed. We called all the numbers on the website repeatedly, but no one picked up the phone. After waiting for half an hour, we gave up. We were very embarrassed to have invited people to such a fiasco. My son spent much of his birthday crying. He'd been looking forward to this party for weeks.



Hours later we got a brief call from an employee, saying they'd forgotten to schedule anyone to work. From his tone, it didn't seem like he considered this a big deal. I asked to be contacted by the owner or manager, but they have not contacted me and are not responding to my e-mails. They also have not refunded my deposit. Luckily it was on a credit card so we are able to dispute the charges.



I can only recommend to others to avoid this business. They seem to be completely disorganized and unprofessional.
