How is it possible to contact a company when one number on their website is out of order, and the other one (also on the site) is constantly busy (sounds like out of order). I have had one of their manual coolers for over a year and I want them to pick it up. If I don't hear from them tomorrow, I'm giving it to the trash pickup.

Worst customer service!! My home delivery service has been forgotten or days late each time for the past 3 months. I have called the office and the manager Enrique multiple times. They don't care, can't give a reason or solution, and unresponsive. Horrible horrible service. I can't believe they stay in business like this.
