My husband and I rented a townhouse. We moved here about two weeks ago form state of OH. Amazing location: clean air, great schools and easy excess to the freeways. Besides, walking distance to the shopping mall which includes banks, a grocery store, gas station and several small restaurants.



It is very hard to find a safe and clean place without knowing the area and in your $$ means. Leasing Agent Brittany used Skype and showed us the unit,and gave us all the area information.



After our arrival, I checked on other apartments with the same quality, and price. Quail Ridge was a great choose for us. The price is perfect for what you get.



When we arrived here, we were very pleased to see the unit was very clean and ready for us. The overall apartment area is very pleasant and maintained very well.



It is a very clean and safe place for the families and children.



Besides, the City of Irvine School District scored 10 out of 10 in federal scores.



If you are looking for a clean, safe area with great schools, then Quail Ridge is your place.



I was very impressed about the management team; The Assistant Manager Megan and Leasing Agent Brittany are very professional and friendly.
