I'm a pretty big fan of the chain and really like this particular location. Right in the middle of the Spectrum, it's one of the original (at least as far as I can remember) restaurants in here. If these guys can survive the hell that was the Spectrum without parking garages, they have to be great!
I usually just get a burger with some bottomless fries. It's a great classic burger. However, Red Robin has he best service of any place, including higher end restaurants. I don't think I've ever had my order messed up, never sent anything back because it wasn't right, it's just done the same kind of right every time, no mater how picky my order is.
