Unprofessional, arrogant and rude both the dentist and office staff ( his daughter-in-law). They're really really unorganized and don't care about patients at all. Don't go there. He didn't take care of my tooth that was in a very bad and emergency situation and I even couldn't drink water in spite of having time because his personnel (His daughter in law) didn't like that I was in a hurry. They shout to people and don't do their job well.

I scheduled for a dental cleaning. When I arrived they told me there would be a $75 co-pay. I asked what for, they said there were two type of cleaning, basic and advanced. The basic had no co-pay, so I said go ahead with the co-pay. The dentist then dipped his device in some powder and rubbed it against the enamel of my teeth and THAT'S IT!! It was over in 5 minutes. I asked what did you just do? The dentist said I polished your teeth. I said what about the cleaning? You're supposed to polish AFTER the cleaning! The whole thing was a scam. They probably collect from the insurance company for dental cleaning but spend only 5 minutes on their customer. Avoid this guy like the plague!

I wouldn't come back here if this was the last dentist on earth!



Not only could they not spell my four lettered name correctly after multiple requests to correct it, every time I have been here they are extremely rude! Today was the last straw... it's the middle of tyne afternoon on a Thursday. I'm a working mother, so naturally as I'm waiting for the doctor, I am sending an email to a customer. The doctor comes in and begins to berate me like I am his child! He says, "Am I interrupting your texting? I'll just come back when you are ready!" Excuse me?? Needless to say, I asked for my family's records and will never come back!
