This Shell station does NOT deserve to be in business, let alone AAA approved. They have been ripping people off since new ownership took over some years ago. If you go in for anything so much as an oil change, you can bet on coming out with a list of things they suggest you get fixed, and surprise surprise, they offer to do it right there! I have taken then same car to them, Saddleback Automotive, and GoodYear, and they diagnosis was over $1000 more expensive than the other two. They could find things wrong with a car that was just driven off the lot! They pride themselves on the worst customer service in town, and the manager there, Adolfo, has no problem calling you a cheapskate if you are shopping around, trying to scam you into bogus estimates, and HANGING UP THE PHONE ON YOU. I am absolutely SHOCKED this place is still in business and AAA approved. I recommend everyone stay clear, even if you think you know what your doing, they are veterans in the art of the scam and will surely take you for your money. I hope this review is one step in the process to shutting this place down and sending they employees/owner to jail for auto repair fraud. Dont believe me? - try it yourself, then post a review.
