This was one of the best birthday parties we have ever had. My daughter had a June birthday so we went strawberry picking. I made matching sun hats for all of the girls, and we toured the farm and stopped at each field to sample fresh produce, just picked. We finally arrived at the strawberry fields, and each girl got her own row in which to find, pick, and eat her very own strawberries. It felt like we were far from the city, with nothing but fields around us. The girls got to pick and eat, until they could eat no more. I have never eaten anything so delicious as a berry just picked, with the warmth of the sun still inside them. It has been my daughter's favorite party. What a wonderful experience.
