We had a child in a special track program with Vision21 and very much regret having anything to do with this company. While the instructors are pleasant and helpful to communicate with, most of the management staff are not.



One concern was the Director of this branch, which has changed hands at least five times in six months. Before one of the male Director's disappeared, we asked him questions in regards to the curriculum and progress of our child, at least twice. He knew nothing of our child's program nor academic history (despite the file with the information sitting in the file cabinet), and *not once* did he call us back and at one point telling us it's "not my style to call you back"; keep in mind, this person *runs* the entire branch and this was his attitude towards us. However, one of the female director's (Susie) we talked to, was very pleasant and helpful.



There was a meeting with Angie Kim (the President and Owner) to help us choose pieces from our child's portfolio for University application. She initially refused to help, saying our child's pieces aren't good enough (isn't their job to make sure the pieces *are* good enough?). Throughout the meeting she talked over and attacked us verbally, while exhibiting a condescending attitude. She then stated our child's last class was the following day, when in fact there were two more weeks remaining. After having enough of her attitude we decided to leave, to which she replied, "Go on, leave, leave!"; a very disrespectful way to treat customers.



In summary, most of the management staff were disrespectful and unresponsive to our concerns and questions, despite the high cost of this program. Based on our experience with this company, avoid them and look elsewhere.
