I use it for about one year and really don't like it. The shirts often lose buttons after being washed. The collar is ironed ugly. They tell you a low price when you drop something and charge you higher when you pick it up. This happened twice with my drapes. When I asked them why the price was not they originally told me, they had very arrogant attitude and simply said because the drapes were too heavy. But why they didn't tell me when I dropped them.
