This morning Alltex Parker's technician Rob came out to check why our Bosch dishwasher was not draining. Rob not only fixed the problem but answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful hints to make our dishwasher run more smoothly.

I was very impressed, as this had not been my experience in the past. I had always felt the repairmen felt the less information they gave, the more they would be called again. I assure you we will call this company again...largely due to Rob's expertise and helpful information. While $75 is a lot to correct a "simple" problem I feel I'm much better informed on other things that will regularly maintain or improve my dishwashers's performance.

We want to express our appreciation for an appliance repair job done well and promptly. Unfortunately, excellent customer service and efficiency are becoming more and more uncommon, but Alltex Parker Mechanical is head and shoulders above their competitors. We contacted Alltex Parker in July, as a result of our frustration with a competitor of theirs. We had been trying to get our Thermador dishwasher repaired since April. The technician who did the repair, was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He had a replacement part on his truck and installed within the hour. We will plan to use Alltex Parker Mechanical Services for any future repairs needed on our home appliances.

Please this is a WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company will rip you off they came to my house and I paid a trip fee + fuel charge and for every 15 minutes they charge 25.00 well the service man came in and looked at my blinking lights called someone and was at my house for 2 minutes and I paid close to $75.00

Now I have scheduled with them 3 TIMES once the part came in and the first time they NEVER SHOWED UP the second time they said the time would be 2:00 then 3:00 then between 4:00- 5:00 and GUESS WHAT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have been a hostage at my house while they DON'T SEEM to care or be sincere about there apology.

I really want to WARN people about this company RUN FROM THEM DON'T CALL them there are LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE that can do a BETTER JOB! and not get ripped off
