This company has been extremely unhelpful concerning a return I am trying to make. It is a large item, and return shipping will cost more than the item purchase itself. I have asked them repeatedly for help, but they refuse to help in any way, or even advise me about return shipping, making it impossible for me to send the item back to them. So I am stuck with a useless item, and out of $180. I am very unhappy about their business practices.

Avoid this place!! Bought a bumper and it was covered with rust in a year!!

I have not received my order Item#: 331308496453, Transaction: 1057445658014, yet. Order was mad on Nov.,04,14, and I already paid for the item. total $146.44 USD.

Order is Ford Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis 03-11 Left Lh Driver Side FENDER Front.

It should be delivered on Nov., 10, 14. I

received other items on time but not this one.

Please let me know what happened to my order. I bought the item by ebay. Thanks.
