I'm sorry to see that anyone has had such a negative experience with Bellaflora especially when I had such a good one. These negative reviews should be added to weddingwire.com where vendors have the opportunity to respond to your concerns (and possibly be willing to refund you or come through on left out services). I didn't use Bellaflora for my wedding but I did contact them for a floral quote and they came out lower than anyone else (Jordan Payne Events, Blue Lotus, Haute Floral and Bows and Arrows). Lilac and Co., Dr. Delphinum, and Fete de Fleurs and never bothered to reply to my inquiry. Bellaflora and I were in contact for a few months through e-mail, telephone and an in person meeting. I felt very taken care of. If your floral quote came out high it could be because your budget expectations weren't realistic and/or the flowers you chose were expensive in general. A good way to tell is by quoting many companies. When I did this; Bellaflora quoted me the lowest price and the flowers I chose were in season which makes them easier to get and less expensive. Bellaflora has changed planners recently. So I don't know which one you're reffering to but the old one now has her own company and the new one is with Bellaflora. People looking into planning with Bellaflora should know all of this before they choose to give them their business or not.

This is by far the best florist in both design and floral in Dallas. If you want something that is out of this world and unique than Bella Flora is where you should go. They did my wedding it was by far the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Every detail was touched upon. We had several comments from our guest on how beautifully everything looked from the flowers, table settings to the cake. I would recommend this company to anyone. Cesar, the lead designer, was on hand during the whole set up and made sure that every thing looked great before he left. I will used this company for all my future events, or even just to order flowers that are very unique and can't be found at your ordinary florist.
