Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone there know a lot about martial arts they were able to help me with ease. Great selection.

Horrible customer service, very slow order fulfillment. I placed an order for 2 Proforce uniforms on December 2, 2014 and had not yet received a shipping confirmation 4 days later. When I asked why they had not shipped, I was advised that they AVERAGE 10 days for order fulfillment. I expressed my dissatisfaction with what I considered an excessive time just to get a simple order out the door and I never got a reply. It is now 9 days since I placed my order and I it has not shipped and I have not received any replies to my inquiries. Don't bother ordering anything on-line from this company. They have the worst customer service of any company I have have ever worked with.
