City of control over all property. If your car is parked over the sidewalk at your home it is ticketed the first time with not warning. If your car has a LOW tire it is ticketed for towing at your home or apartment. Every square inch of property in the city is under constant inspection for violations. There are so many tickets and tow violations for a car that are changed and added to daily it is hard to keep up. We are not talking about junk cars or cars with no inspection or tags. We are talking about a city who is adding violations and personnel to enforce them, but not police officers for protection. Code enforcement even encourages you to report violations with a direct line that is answer by a person, but try to get at the person who wrote you a citation and it is voice mail and no returned calls. Used to be a quiet, protected city. Now it is all about the control and bringing in the money.
