Very unhappy with the service! they advertised a full service sign company who treated every customer as a number one priority and produce signs in a timely manner; but did not deliver as promised.



Initially I ordered a building sign over 4G. Very poor communication with the sale associate and had always contacted her on the status of the Signage. Building signage was delayed a week later as scheduled. The day after it was late, I had to call to check on the status again. Consequently, Signage was late for opening day and was a very disappointment.



I also ordered a “Now open” banner which was placed on the outside of building. I was advised that I did not need banner permit from the city even though I read it in the city by-laws. they work with many clients and though they would be familiar with the city of Flower Mound. I took her word and experience that I did not need a permit. the sale associate should have done her research since procuring city permits is what you advertise.



The banner was outside of building for two weeks before the city gave us a citation to remove it or face a fine. Therefore, banner was only up for short duration than scheduled. The office was charge an additional fee to remove it.



Very poor communication, poor customer service, delivered product in an untimely manner, and failure to obtain the appropriate permits. This type of services from CSN is unacceptable and does not deserve referrals or future sales!
