Gerardo was most professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and helped us through the purchase process without any stress. My wife and I were much appreciative of his efforts.

Upon completion of paper work waiting time could have been shorten.

Suggestions;

1. survey could have been done when waiting for call to be given.

2. car could have been brought to the front when paper work was being signed.



Other than the two waiting periods Salesman may need to do a little more research on how to answer questions in regards to preparation for finance work.

All in all Isaac Jones was a pleasure to work with.
