Asking for a tip after service rendered is not good business etiquette. I'll tip you if I feel like your services were good and if I was satisfied. I did not tip her and I'm sure all them are talking about it too lol.

I've been coming to Fancy Nails for a long time and I love them. Yes they can be busy but it's well worth the wait. I've been to other places and the only design the others can do are "lines" and "flowers". My toes are always on point and never the same. I've never had an issue with any of the staff, they all have been nice to me

The absolute worst service ever. I have been dealing with fancy nails for over 5 years and today marks the worst service that I have ever received. I made an appointment for 7 pm for a refill ,a pedicure and wax I arrive to my appointment at 6:56 pm . My nail tech was doing a full set of nails along with my foot tech who was doing a pedicure. So me loving these two people work dearly ,decided I would wait at few minutes for service but I'm constantly watching the clock because I have a event to attend at 9:30 pm. It's now 7:45 and the only thing I have done is my eyebrows. I decided to leave  as I was driving down belt line I decided to call and speak with Mindy... I advised Mindy how upset I was with the service she asked that I come back.. I said Mindy now that it is 8 oclock I have no other choice but to come back.. I then asked her if I come back would you be able to do my toes right then in there she said no I have a client coming in the door now ...keep in mind I was there until  7:45 waiting on my appointment that was never fulfilled for 7 pm. This was insult on top of injury. I WILL NEVER EVER IN LIFE GO BACK TO THIS SALON... I live in Irving and have been going here for 5 years , I have recommended them to so many people... My only thing is when you run a business you have to have some type of structure and professionalism. Today the service was horrible and customer service was at an all time low. My business here is over as of today  03/15/2012!  Signed a very loyal customer NTB!

I overheard the nail technician that does the 3D nails say "I told her 2 for $5 phsh now it's $5 each." Then she looked at me and said "If your nail not dry you come back tomorrow for 3D design!" Very rude, She was referring to my nails because my fill was taking longer. Well that fill lasted 3 days when I started to feel 2 nails lift and on the 4th day one of my nails fell off by the end of the week 4 nails fell off. Due to my work schedule my nails are still a mess. Checked one star only cause I had to.
