I am a current client with GU. The PCAs and office staff are lazy and inept. The in home workers are destructive and will bring their children and eat up your food. They watch tv, play on their phones, they do not know basic OSHA rules and regulations. Their conversations are inappropriate. Most can't/ won't cook and take shortcuts when come to cleaning. The company is totally irresponsible about their employees misdeeds in your home. The workers berate quadriplegics because it is too much work. They are excessively absent. I am still waiting on my items to be replaced, as promised, by GU. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND HAVE SUBPAR AND DEVIANT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I will keep u posted on the results of the placement of items destoyed.
