Melters.... DON'T GO HERE!?! Called in my order, went to pick it up, it was wrong, and instead of fixing it, the woman had the audacity to argue with me AFTER her employee who took the order said She had gotten the order wrong.



Begin eating, only to find a long bone straight black hair on my burger. (I don't have straight hair BY FAR)



Took at back, showed the hair to the lady, and she looks at me with a straight face and say, "everyone here wears a hair net, " as she stands next to a netless man with rather long bone straight black hair. She then proceeded to say, "Do you want another one, if not, Oh Well!" She had total diregard for the sanitary issue or the fact that not only had she previously gotten the order wrong, argued with me about it, attempted to charge me for her mistake, and now this.





Needless to say, my co-workers and I will NOT be returning to the establishment. Get the order wrong, we could get over it and come back. Get it wrong, argue about it, and show blatant disregard for hair in your product, ADIOS!?!
